PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Operations Management
à Organized the ground and air security movements in peacetime and combat military
operations.
à Performed liaison roles between executive military leaders, government, non-government,
foreign, and other agencies.
à As an Operations Control Supervisor, managed daily production runs, forecasts utilizing SAP
as well as manage inventory of all packaging and raw material by using MRP. Planned and
implemented 96-hour production cycles. Contacted outside suppliers and coordinated the
delivery of liquids and materials. Responsible for the management $1.5 million in monthly
inventory.
à Trained new agents in an insurance company to meet and exceed production standards.
à As part of the leadership team, performed recruiting functions.
Emergency Management
à Serve as a member of an Emergency Response Team/Quick Reaction Force in austere
environments.
à Led supporting military personnel in intelligence gathering operations in Afghanistan.
à Certified in numerous individual and team skills; weapons systems, Combat Emergency
Trauma Training, driving techniques, and computer forensic tools.
à As an Emergency Operations Center Operator, assured all higher level supervisory personnel
were informed of emergency conditions and statuses.
à Served as a member of a Chemical Accident Response team.
à As a member of a Police Communications Division, managed telephones, radio dispatch
enhanced 911 computers, personal computer, TDD, recording system, weather station and
teletype system for coordination with police officers, firefighters, animal control, ambulance,
and after hours water utility service workers.
Logistics Management
à As a Warehouse Supervisor/Inventory Analyst, managed a team of six people with responsibilities
including; cargo loading/unloading, shipping & receiving, invoicing, inventory using SAP Materials
Management, budgets, yearly forecasts, work schedules, and other logistics functions. . Support
operations during implementation of SAP system.
à Supervisor responsible for a crew of ten employees, routing cargo from aircraft to holding areas for
delivery. Regulated inbound and outbound trailers to regional hubs. Responsible for disciplinary
action, personnel records, trailer logs, ramp action summary and daily activity reports.
